The President Villa

The President Villa in vibrant South Beach is the newest wing of The President Hotel, located on Collins Avenue just half a block from the golden sands of world-renowned South Beach. The President Villa is also home to our Rooftop Pool, that is accessible to guests of the Villa, as well as The President, and our sister hotel, The Penguin located on Ocean Drive. We are steps away from world-class dining, nightlife, and recreation. We hope to welcome you to Miami Beach.

The new rooftop pool, with its breathtaking views of Miami, is located right here at the President Villa. The pool is a shared amenity, accessible to President and Penguin Hotel guests as well.

Parking

We offer the following options for our guests.

Valet Parking: Enjoy limitless in and out privileges until 12 p.m. the following day. $39.90/day for regular cars and $51.30/day for SUVs (inclusive of taxes).
Street Parking: $4/hour parking available in designated paid parking spaces.
Public Garages: $2/hour or $20 - $25/day (rates may vary).
The closest garage is one block away at 1301 Collins Avenue. Additional garages may be found on 1557 Washington Ave., 231 16th St., and 1601 Drexel Ave.
